• Shared property: Please take care of the furniture and equipment.
• Report defects: If you spot damage, please let us know promptly, before something breaks completely. That way we can avoid expensive replacements.

As soon as a storm or heavy thunderstorm is forecast, the shade sail must be taken down:

• Take-down: Remove the sail and store it safely.
• Hanging: Make sure the ropes lie above the fabric, and secure everything firmly.
• Storage: If the sail needs to be stowed for longer, please use the black protective cover in the storage room.

• Storm protection: When a storm is forecast, secure or store the grills.
• Cleanliness: Make sure no grease splatters land on the floor; use a mat if needed.

Before you leave, please make sure that:

• all cushions are stored away weatherproof
• the lights are switched off
• the door is properly locked
• no rubbish or cigarette butts remain
